Introducing Last Sip of Summer: a collaboration drink that embodies summer, made in collaboration with fellow woman-owned business, Dear Bella Creamery!
Dear Bella Creamery is an AAPI-owned, women-owned premium ice cream shop that is all natural and plant-based. Always experimenting with different ideas, owners Alice and Belinda have a passion for creating unique flavors and concepts with Dear Bella - one that is reminiscent of Klatch’s own Heather and Holly Perry. The Soursop Raspberry Sorbet is one of their current seasonal selections, and was inspired by soursop fruit, which grows in abundance in their home country of Taiwan. Combining the fruitiness of the soursop with a house-made raspberry jam, the result is a remarkably sweet and tangy ice cream.
Taking inspiration from the tropical and bright flavor of the sorbet, Heather and Holly have worked hard to create a new limited time drink that highlights the taste of the sorbet, while also highlighting our espresso. Creating a perfect pairing, the Last Sip of Summer combines Dear Bella Creamery’s Soursop Raspberry Sorbet, a double shot of one of Klatch Coffee’s award-winning espresso blends, and tonic water. This drink is bright, fruity, and refreshing, and its one-of-a-kind flavor is one you won’t be able to find anywhere else.
Combining the passion and creativity of Dear Bella Creamery’s Alice and Belinda with Klatch Coffee’s Heather and Holly, the Last Sip of Summer is more than just a drink - it’s an experience. In Heather’s words, “Drinks like these are why customers come to Klatch. We like to take the coffee people love and make it for them in ways they never thought of.” The Last Sip of Summer is the perfect beverage to pay homage to the end of another sweet summer, and is available for a limited time at any of our seven Klatch Coffee locations across Southern California.
