In 2007, Heather won 1st place at the US Barista Championships and later secured second place at the World’s, using our staple favorite, WBC espresso. A historic achievement for women in the coffee competition stage! Our #1 best seller initial notes of sweet dark chocolate and orange citrus later give way to a syrupy-sweet taste of wine-like berry and spice.
This competition espresso won the honor as over 45 countries competed for the WBC title. World’s Best features three legendary beans from Brazil, Sumatra, and Ethiopia. Each is roasted separately using our signature peak of flavor method, then expertly blended together.

I purchased them after it was suggested by a coworker. It's now replaced my previous house bean. Solid espresso for any type of drink

Disappointed.
I am used to Aged Indonesian from Ohori's in Santa Fe, NM. WBC lacks the intensity and depth of that classic blend. I thought I would give it a try on my Lelit Bianca v3 with shaking and WDT, however; I had found it disappointing several years ago on an Ascasso Uno PID without those extraction aids. Unfortunately, this was an experiment that failed and it was not even as rewarding as your Belle Espresso which has more richness to my palate.

Truly Best!
Very smooth and velvety. Sweet Chocolate is tasted on the first sip, then a bit citrusy towards the end. It complements with lattes which creates a milk-chocolate flavor.
