Club and Gift Subscriptions

Free Ground Shipping: Why am I getting charged for shipping at checkout?

All Club and Gift Subscriptions ship free of charge to USA addresses.

Do you have any other items in your cart? If so, a shipping charge will apply if those items total less than $50.

Where are you located? If you're located outside of the USA, you will be charged for shipping.

A separate shipping charge also applies if your cart contains heavy, oversize, or fragile items, like brewing equipment or drinkware.

Is there a price break on Gift and Club subscriptions?

Yes. All club and gift subscriptions receive free shipping, regardless of the order price.

Normally, a shipping charge applies on orders under $50. This means you'll save the shipping charge on all club and gift shipments.

Pausing or changing subscriptions

To pause or change your Club subscription, please visit My Account.

Will the recipient know the gift is from me? Can I include a custom message?

Yes. On their gift invoice it will have your name under the "Bill To" section. To include a custom message, please email us at and include your order number.

What if the person receiving the gift wants to skip a delivery or two because they're on vacation?

Yes, we can do that. Visit My Account. Should you need more assistance message us on website, please include the order number.

How do you ship?

Every Club and Gift Subscription shipment is free within the United States - we'll choose the shipping carrier, based on size/weight of your shipment.

Can I change the bag size on a gift subscription?

All gift subscriptions are for a 310g bag, delivered monthly.

To customize your gift, you can choose a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription.

What are my payment options?

Club subscriptions are pay-as-you-go. When your coffee is ready to ship, we'll charge the payment method you have on file.

Gift subscriptions are prepaid. We'll charge you for the entire length of the gift subscription when you place the order. Your gift recipient will never see a bill.

Can I pick the coffee for my gift or club subscription?

No. The gift and club subscriptions will be a different selection each month, proudly selected by Mike Perry, Heather Perry and Holly Perry.

If you want to choose your exact coffee, consider a recurring ("subscribe and save") order instead. Recurring orders allow you to sign up for discounted automatic delivery - for example, delivery of your favorite coffee every 1, 2, 3, or 4 weeks. To sign up, visit the product page for the coffee you'd like.

Recurring ("Subscribe and Save") Orders

Do I get a discount?

Yes! Recurring orders include a discount based on the delivery frequency you select. This is added automatically in the shopping cart. No additional discounts can be applied.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on recurring ("subscribe and save") orders over $50.

A shipping charge applies on recurring orders under $50.

To get free shipping on your recurring "subscribe and save" order, consider ordering a larger bag of coffee, if possible, to trigger free shipping on orders over $50.

Can I change the frequency of delivery?

Yes. To change the frequency of delivery, visit "My Account"

Can I change the grind size or bag size?

Yes. Please visit "My Account" to make changes to your recurring order.

Returns and Refunds

What if I don't like my beans?

We offer a wide variety of coffee and there may be certain ones that you like more than others. Our first recommendation is to ensure you're brewing it or extracting it properly.

How do I return a product?

Can I redeem rewards points in cafe locations?

Sorry, no. The rewards points can only be used toward purchases from our website.

If you're visiting our cafe locations, you can earn points by using the Klatch Coffee mobile app for iOS and Android phones.

How do I get started?

We track every purchase, tied to your email address. To earn points, simply continue to shop using the same account.

What can I use points for?

You can redeem rewards points toward the purchase of most of our roasted coffees, plus select merchandise like mugs, tee shirts, and drinkware.

There are a few exclusions: Pearl Reserve coffee, green/unroasted coffee, and some brewing equipment like Baratza and Breville.

Rewards points also cannot be used toward the purchase of recurring, club, and subscription products. Only one coupon per order.

How do I redeem points?

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Click the blue tab that says 'Earn Points' (scroll or swipe to the very bottom of our website) so the rewards popup appears. Ensure you have popups enabled. Click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward. * *Only ONE promo code can be used per order. Redeemed point Promo Codes cannot be combined with other Promo Codes from Social Media or Newsletter. Points cannot be used for subscription or recurring order purchases. Other limitations may apply.

E-Gift cards purchased on can only be redeemed online.

To purchase a digital gift card for redemption at a Klatch cafe, please visit one of our locations.

Can I redeem rewards from the Klatch mobile app on

Sorry, no. Points earned in the mobile app can only be redeemed in a Klatch cafe location.

Similarly, rewards points from purchases on can only be redeemed on our website, not in cafe locations.


How long does it take for orders to be shipped?

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please note, all coffee is roasted to order, for the freshest possible cup. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping times, once in transit, will vary based on the method you select.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Klatch Coffee ships to many international destinations. For a shipping quote, please add the items you're interested in to a shopping cart.

How much is shipping?

Klatch Coffee offers free USA shipping on orders over $50. Additional shipping rates and methods are also available during checkout for orders outside the USA.

Coffee and Roasting

What does roasted to order mean?

At Klatch, we don't roast your coffee until you order it. That results in the freshest possible cup!

We'll email you when your coffee ships (usually on the next business day following your order)

What is a Monday roast?

Most coffees are roasted every business day, but there are certain coffees we only roast on Mondays.

When you order a Monday roast, we'll show you the roasting date on the product page, so you know when to expect shipment.

Discount Codes and Promotions

How are discounts applied? Can codes be combined?

Enter the discount code during checkout. Only 1 discount can be used at a time. Similarly, as club and recurring already receive a discount; discount codes and loyalty rewards may not apply on those products.

How can I apply a discount code after purchase?

Discount codes can only be used during the checkout process, they cannot be applied retroactively.

Limitations on discount codes

Attempts at promo abuse by single users who open multiple accounts can be blocked. Honesty matters.

New customer discounts can only be claimed once.

First, after your purchase, we'll send you an email inviting you to write a review. Reviews submitted this way are marked "verified".

You can also write a review by clicking "write a review" on any product page. Reviews submitted this way are not marked "verified".
