Shipping

How much is shipping?

When you start a new Single Origin Club subscription, shipping on your first Club order and all future automatic Club orders is always free!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Coffee

What type of coffee will I receive?

Single Origin Club members will receive a new single origin coffee every month, expertly curated by Klatch Coffee's Mike Perry.

What if I want to receive coffee more than once a month?

Choose to receive your Single Origin Club coffee weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every four weeks.

Note: if you order with delivery of Single Origin Club more than once a month, all shipments in the same month will be the same coffee.

Changes and Cancellations

Can I modify or cancel my Single Origin Club subscription?

We know you'll love your Single Origin Club subscription, but if not, you can modify or cancel it anytime, with no penalty. Pay only for coffee we've shipped.

Can I pause my subscription, or skip a shipment?

Yes. You can pause your subscription at any time, or skip a shipment (for example, if you're away from home)

Expanding my Horizons

I'm enjoying my first bag of Guatamala Santa Barbara. Very different at first, and now I love it. Smooth and earthy. But I'm new at trying to figure out the flavor notes. Looking forward to the next trip around the world...

Guatemala Rosa Santa Barbara

The Guatemala Rosa Santa Barbara medium roast coffee, brewed using the pour-over method, offers a smooth and balanced mouthfeel. It is overall quite pleasant to drink, but the finish is somewhat lacking, without much lingering aftertaste. There is a subtle hint of lemongrass, adding a refreshing herbal note. I also tried the siphon brewing method, which resulted in a more intense flavor profile. The fruity notes were more pronounced and better showcased.

Great Service!

Great service, freshly roasted, quality coffee, less expensive than similar offerings on the internet, and a great way to learn the different types and flavors of coffee. I only wish the offerings changed up more often than every month.

This month (July) I received a coffee that had blueberry and blackberry notes and oh my god let me tell you, you can really taste those notes! Amazing quality coffee! Always looking forward to whats next! Definitely worth it!

This coffee is fantastic. Unique and satisfying from first smell to final taste. It holds consistently as the coffee cools, and pops with bright tart berry flavors at the front end. I love this coffee. Please send me this same coffee in my next Brewer's choice subscription.

Excellent Taste

Excellent Chocolate, and Lime notes. It is hard for me to pick up on the Guava, however I am new to higher scale brewing. The quality of the beans and taste is TOP NOTCH!!!!
