Belle Espresso is one of our favorites in our coffee houses because it balances beautifully with milk-based drinks. With notes of blackberry, chocolate, and brandy, this decadent espresso has a creamy body and a sweet finish. The top notes layer with hints of orange citrus and spice.
Ken Davids of Coffee Review in his 94 POINTS - May 2006 assessment describes our Belle as:
"Intense aroma: brandy, chocolate, caramel. In the small cup medium in body but smooth in mouthfeel, crisply pungent yet caramelly sweet, with a tightly knit, understated complexity: brandy, caramel, cedar and flowers, hints of which persist in the roundly rich finish. Masters milk with a gentle, brandied chocolate authority."

This is by far my favorite from Klatch! The smell of it is amazing and it tastes so delicious. You can't go wrong with this one.
I am in LOVE with this roast, I use it in my solis barista plus and pull such tasty shots. I always make strawberry chocolate mochas, or pistachio lattes and it blends so well together! I legit crave this espresso every morning it's the absolute best.

This is our go to everyday espresso. Its consistent and easy to dial in. Love using for our milk drinks.
Belle espresso was one of the first beans I tried when I started making espresso and was so good it set the baseline I’ve compared every other coffee to since.
Belle fuses together some more traditional coffee flavors with a what I’d call a “dark/blue” fruit flavor that makes for a great taste experience in a latte.
It’s very difficult to say if I like the Belle of WBC better. Both are hands down the best I have found. I think I prefer the WBC more as a standalone and Belle in milk based drinks. The tasting notes are spot on. I will continue to have both on hand.
