The filters are wonderful and the Coffee Klatch is wonderful, it is a shame when I received my order, the shipping people UPS totally thrashed the shipping box, the box with the filters in it as well as my new Chemex. I would for sure get another shipper because they suck, and they changed my delivery date twice and that is not cool. I will not get anything else shipped to me because of that.
