This is the most forgiving espresso I have ever tried. I did not waste a single shot. From the very first dial in cup to the end, every shot ranged from drinkable to excellent! I used a 1:18 to 1:2 ratio, at 200F. My shots ranged from 25 to 35 seconds, slightly going finer as the coffee ages during the 10 days I consumed the bag, and my doses varied within 0.25g.
Zero acidity, zero sourness. Just traditional chocolatey and creamy espresso. I am honestly in disbelief this coffee exists.
Well, the name of this blend that should’ve been a dead giveaway. After much searching, my husband and I have both found the beans of our dreams! Smooth with caramel, vanilla, chocolatey notes. I mean, it doesn’t get any better. We are in love! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Best expresso bean we’ve ever had! It’s rich and flavorful but wonderfully mild taste!!
Everything is nice about these beans. It is forgiving so easy to dial in for a perfect shot. Subjectively it hits the right notes for me. I usually make a Gibraltar or an iced latte. Both are excellent with these beans.
