Story
This rich, syrupy sweet chocolate espresso blend has been a competition winner, time and time again. In 2003, this five bean blend of renowned Indonesian and American coffees assisted in Heather Perry’s U.S. Barista Championship win.
With notes of semi-sweet chocolate, orange zest, cinnamon stick, and walnut, our full-bodied House Espresso is great with milk and a hallmark classic espresso blend.

Truly great coffee!!
We were given our first Klatch espresso for a gift. Since then, buying our own. The Rolls Royce of coffees. Hard to go back to a Chevy, or even a BMW! Its superb! Thank you for making such coffee available at home!

A but too dark for my liking
The roast is a bit too dark for my liking. Took me a while to dial it in for espresso, and once I did, it still was a bit too bitter, and didn’t really provide much of the listed notes. Unfortunately I bought a 5lb, I am trying to see if there is any way to change it for something else.

Best value daily drink espresso
There are few other blends at this price point that hit the mark. These beans make delicious espresso shots, and are super easy to work with. They're not super oily like what you buy at the supermarket. The flavor is easy to work with, not super bright bitter notes, just enough. Subtle hints of dark chocolate, nothing overwhelming.

Lacks boldness

Not So Good..
Am a fan of a Med-Dark Roast, but this seems shy in that claim. As my “Golden Bean” seems to be no longer, and Belle is my New Go to, I had thought this might compare, but alas, not for me, but Not Horrible, just Needs to be Adjusted on Machine for Full Flavour.

Actually I love all the Klatch espressos. They are delivered fresh with a roast on date which is great. I’m a real espresso snob. There are a lot of crappy espressos out there. Klatch consistently roasts the best. They have been my go to roaster for about a year. Every couple of months I’ll try something different, but nothing quite as good and consistent as Klatch!!
