NO REFUNDS ON COFFEE
Coffee Klatch, Coffee Klatch Roasting, Klatch Roasting or Klatch Coffee does not issue refunds on any products, (our coffee is roasted when ordered, because this is a food product we can not accept returns of coffee for our safety of our customers).
No refund or exchange/replaced with other coffee of roasted/ green unroasted coffee for reason of flavor notes as described on the website. Including all Pearl Reserve coffees, special processes (ASD, Anaerobic, yeast... any experimental process), geishas.
TRAINING, CLASSES, AND EVENTS
All sales are final on training, classes, and events. If you "no-show" a training, class, or event, no refund will be issued.
If you cannot attend a training, class, or event that you have reserved, please provide notice more than 72 hours in advance so that we can re-schedule you. For cancellations closer than 72 hours to a training, class, or event, no refund will be issued.
In addition, Klatch has the right to reschedule and/or cancel any training and/or consulting within 30 days of scheduled date, no refunds.
MISSING PACKAGES
Undelivered package inquiries for delivery date or shipment delays contact shipper via tracking number given. All undelivered packages must contact the shipping carrier, if unresolved contact us for further inquiry to resolve.
If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made with Coffee Klatch, Coffee Klatch Roasting, Klatch Roasting or Klatch Coffee for any reason, please contact us. Tell us your name, the order number, which items, and reason of dissatisfaction.
