Santa's favorite Holiday brew, dating back to his days as an Ethiopian reindeer herder. A holiday treat of a natural Ethiopia. This year Santa returned to Ethiopia for a naturally great bean. With hints of dark chocolate, fruity and with a berry finish. Enjoy a warm cup of Christmas on a winter day.

Original Christmas dates back to St. O'Nicholas first Christmas. Story goes, Santa was originally a reindeer farmer in the highlands of Ethiopia. One day, while allowing the reindeer to frolic and feed from the vegetation around his village, Santa noticed them prancing around with extra energy. The reindeer became so energetic they began to fly high in the night sky. Santa traced this energy to a new tree filled with red cherries. One reindeer, Rudolph, ate so many his nose became red.

Santa was so inspired and thrilled, he tried the cherries himself and fell in love with them as well. The only problem was that Santa could not sleep at night. So while lying awake one night, Santa decided to visit the villages and share this wonderful gift of coffee with everyone and not to leave the children out, Santa began to leave gifts behind for all. Using the prancing, now flying, reindeer, Santa took off and delivered the coffee and gifts to the entire world in one night. Thus, the story of the first Christmas and the Original Christmas Coffee.

Belle Espresso is one of our favorites in our coffee houses because it balances beautifully with milk based drinks. With notes of blackberry, chocolate, and brandy, this decadent espresso has a creamy body and a sweet finish. The top 

 notes layer with hints of orange citrus and spice.

With a winning 94/100 pts, Belle is our highest-rated espresso blend. After trying 40 espressos & rating over 30 espresso blends, Ken Davids of Coffee Review placed Belle on top.

Ken Davids of Coffee Review in his 94 POINTS - May 2006 assessment describes our Belle as: "Intense aroma: brandy, chocolate, caramel. In the small cup medium in body but smooth in mouthfeel, crisply pungent yet caramelly sweet, with a tightly knit, understated complexity: brandy, caramel, cedar and flowers, hints of which persist in the roundly rich finish. Masters milk with a gentle, brandied chocolate authority."

This blend of a natural process Ethiopian and honey processed El Salvador is roasted to our peak of flavor standards and is sourced from farms like Las Mercedes from El Salvador - a direct trade partner whose relationship and sustainability standard has been a pillar in the Perry Family and Klatch Coffee.


When combined and roasted to a medium-light profile, these two coffees provide flavors reminiscent of our second favorite beverage, wine.

 A delicious blend with flavor notes of rose hip, framboise and allspice and has everyone at the roastery raving as it meets everyone's diverse tastes in coffee.
