This hits the spot between DARK roast and medium roast lovers. Which is perfect for our house.

Smooth Italian Roast

This roast works well with both espresso and drip preparations. The smooth, big flavor is well suited for a satisfying and quick drip cup. It is accentuated with the French press and pour over. I got the beans for use with milk based espresso drinks. The nuttiness goes especially well in a latte or cappuccino; I like it as a medium-roast espresso base, too. I continue to order it as a break from the WBC, a perennial favorite.

In my opinion, best coffee I ever tasted is Italian Roast from Klatch. It’s smooth, flavorful and delicious as they freshly roast the beans day before shipping. We been monthly ordering 5 lbs of this flavor. Me and my wife make 3 pots a day, because it’s that good.
