Important Dates
- Download the new mobile app at your convenience for use at our Fullerton and Redondo Beach locations starting Monday, October 20. Continue using our classic mobile app for other locations at this time.
- Some features and programs will be unavailable on Monday, October 27 while we migrate systems across all our cafe locations.
- You'll find your loyalty balance in the new mobile app on Tuesday, October 28 and can start using the new app for ordering at all locations on this day.

Migrate your App Credit
If you used the "App Credit" feature in our old mobile app, here's how to migrate those funds to the new mobile app:
1. Download our new mobile app and sign in using the same phone number you used for our old app.
2. We'll message you with a claim code (email and/or SMS) when our data migration is complete.
3. Open the new app once you receive the claim code.
4. Tap "account", "gift cards", "add a gift card".
5. Tap "enter number", paste in your claim code, then tap "add gift card".
6. All done! Redeem your funds in the new mobile app by tapping "open gift card wallet" during checkout.

Please call us at (877) 455-2824 and we'll walk you through it. Cashiers at cafe locations can also help recover your account and provide you with a new claim code to use going forward.

You can continue to swipe physical gift cards at the register. Both physical and digital gift cards can be loaded into the "Account" section of the new mobile app for your convenience.

Using the Klatch app for iPhone and Android devices allows you to accrue and redeem rewards at our cafe locations.
The rewards program offered on Klatchcoffee.com is separate and distinct; rewards earned in cafes must be redeemed in cafes, rewards earned for Klatchcoffee.com purchases must be redeemed on Klatchcoffee.com.
