"Best Espresso in the World"

World Barista Championship, Japan 2007

Description

Named Best Espresso in the world at the World Barista Championship, Japan 2007.

Initial notes of sweet dark chocolate and orange citrus later give way to a syrupy-sweet taste of wine-like berry and spice.

This competition espresso won the honor as over 45 countries competed for the WBC title. World’s Best features three legendary beans—Brazil Yellow Bourbon, Sumatra Lake Tawar, and Ethiopian Natural. Each is roasted separately using our signature peak of flavor method, then expertly blended together.

Outstanding Beans!

This is my everyday brew, I pickup a hint of black walnut scent which is a nostalgic thing for me.

Great stables

WBC has always been one of the stables I often return too. Light espresso with sophisticated taste notes.

Honestly it’s worth a try

I of course love coffee and have been in search of a great espresso that isn’t over roasted like the major brands. This hits the spot and is packed with flavor. Perfect crema as well. Try it. I usually go for a fruit forward Ethiopian. But this is my new go to espresso.

Great tasting coffee.

Really enjoy this roast. A couple of years ago we had an Iced Crème Brulee for the first time and have been drinking them since. I asked the barista which beans they use for it, and WBC is the usual. Beans are always fresh and I like that they add the roast date on the bags.

Best beans i’ve tried

I’ve tried many espresso beans over the years as part of another subscription service, and WBC is by far my favorite. This will be all i drink for the foreseeable future.

Great coffee

This is my regular espresso order. I also like Belle Espresso, but the roast is darker. I have been ordering from Klatch for a few years now, and am very happy with WBC.

Super good espresso

Yes, it’s the best espresso based on my current experience (coffee newbie) it is well body. Compare with most coffee I have from chain or local shop, it is just different in a good way.
