Passion Palmer
Sweet passion fruit meets refreshing tropical tea and lemonade. This tropical twist on a summer classic features our signature Paradise Tropical Iced Tea, passion fruit, and our house-made lemonade. Bright, fruity, and refreshingly smooth, this drink delivers vacation vibes in every sip.
Coffee Cherry Tonic
The return of a Klatch Coffee favorite, the Coffee Cherry Tonic is a sparkling espresso drink with cascara sweetness and a cherry finish. Made with house-made cascara concentrate, tonic water, espresso, and finished with a maraschino cherry. Complex, effervescent, and refreshing, this drink highlights the fruit-forward flavors of the coffee cherry in a uniquely summer-ready format.
Bonus: What is Cascara?
Cascara is made from the dried fruit of the coffee cherry that surrounds the coffee bean before processing. Traditionally, coffee production focuses on the bean itself, but cascara allows producers to utilize another valuable part of the coffee plant.
The resulting ingredient creates a naturally sweet, fruity, tea-like flavor with notes that can remind people of cherries, raisins, hibiscus, or dried fruit. Using cascara is also a great way to support sustainability efforts, as it helps make use of more of the coffee harvest. It's a delicious ingredient that highlights the agricultural side of coffee, while introducing a unique flavor experience.
