Coffee Curious is our way of exploring espresso the way it was meant to be experienced—thoughtful, intentional, and crafted to let the coffee lead. Inspired by our roots on the competition barista stage, each featured drink highlights espresso without masking it.
The featured drink for our May Coffee Curious is the Aerocano Blossom. A light and airy iced americano softened with housemade elderflower syrup. Naturally frothy without dairy, this specially crafted drink is floral, delicate, and lets the espresso shine.
