Keeping your equipment running smoothly is an important part of keeping your coffee program running. As a Klatch wholesale partner, you have access to our in-house equipment technician for regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency service when equipment issues arise.
Because we operate our own cafés and have been through the process of maintaining and servicing our equipment ourselves, we understand how important it is to get things back up and running quickly. Our technician can help with routine maintenance and service needs on the equipment we sell and support.
Please note: Equipment service is available exclusively to Klatch wholesale partners and is not offered as a standalone repair service. Parts and labor fees may apply depending on the service required.
