Change it up, Shake it up with our easy, refreshing protein shake
Want to jump start your day with a refreshing protein shake? We’ve crafted a base recipe that pairs well with our cold brew flavors, with adaptations available. Here at Klatch, we use Crazy Goat for our cold brew, which has tasting notes of dark chocolate, spice, and toffee. Nutty and chocolate flavors pair nicely.
Here’s what you’ll need:
½ cup Crazy Goat cold brew, or coffee of choice
½ cup almond milk, sweetened
1 frozen banana, cut up (using a frozen banana will help give that thick and creamy shake texture and cutting it up ahead of time will help ensure ease of blending)
2 medjool dates (to sweeten and add texture—dates are also a superfood!
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (Aloha is a tasty, dairy-free and vegan option, feel free to adapt)

Not a fan of chocolate? Try subbing coconut milk and toasted coconut flakes and vanilla protein powder for your protein shake. Check out our blends and pick a coffee that works for you. We recommend blends in recipes because they are enjoyed by all, approachable and consistent in flavor.
