Everyone jokes that, as soon as the Fourth of July passes, it’s pumpkin season. But, here at Klatch Coffee, we take that very seriously. Launching on August 1st, our Klatch Patch menu is back for the season, filled with all of our favorite autumn and pumpkin flavors. The menu features a collection of unique drinks that are perfect for your drive back to school, to enjoy on a picnic before the weather gets too cold, or to bring to a family gathering.
Why do you launch the menu so early in the year?
We know the calendar still says summer, but pumpkin season has become one of the most anticipated times of the year. Many of our guests start asking about pumpkin drinks as early as July, so rather than making everyone wait, we bring back the Klatch Patch menu on August 1st. Plus, Southern California usually gives us plenty of warm weather well into fall, so launching early means you can enjoy your favorite autumn flavors while it's still perfect iced coffee weather!
At Klatch Coffee, pumpkin season is about more than just the drinks—it represents the start of a feeling. It's memories of gathering with family and friends around the holidays, sharing pumpkin pie, and laughing with cousins you only get to see a few times each year. It's staying up too late to sneak an extra slice of pie or watch one more movie together. It's the smell of cinnamon and warm spices filling the house and that unmistakable feeling that autumn has arrived. We launch our pumpkin menu early because those memories and traditions don't have to wait for the calendar. Whipped Pumpkin
With the unique pumpkin coffee foam that makes this drink all that it is, it can only be enjoyed iced. The velvety whipped pumpkin foam incorporates both real pumpkin and fresh espresso, sitting atop oat milk, creating a creamy first sip before blending into the drink. It's rich and delicious and has quickly become a seasonal favorite for guests looking for something a little different than the traditional pumpkin latte.
Real Pumpkin Latte
Rather than a “Pumpkin Spice Latte” or “PSL,” our signature pumpkin drink is our Real Pumpkin Latte. The reason behind that name difference is actually because we use real pumpkin sauce rather than a pumpkin syrup! As an extra sweet treat, this latte can be enjoyed iced, hot, or even blended. The real pumpkin adds a richer, more authentic flavor that celebrates the warm spices. It's everything people love about fall in a cup.
Pumpkin Chai
The Pumpkin Chai can be enjoyed iced or hot. If coffee isn't your thing—or you're simply looking for something different—the Pumpkin Chai combines the warming spices of traditional chai with creamy real pumpkin for a comforting drink that's equally delicious on a cool morning or an afternoon pick-me-up. Bonus points as our chai tea is a house-made concentrate crafted with real chai tea and spices!
A.B.C. Panini
Available only in select store locations, our A.B.C. Panini is back! This hot sandwich contains apple butter, bacon, and cheddar cheese. The combination of sweet apple butter, savory bacon, and melted cheddar on toasted bread makes it the perfect companion to any pumpkin drink. It's one of those seasonal items our guests look forward to every year.

What inspired this menu?
Fall has always been about comfort, gathering with family and friends, and slowing down enough to enjoy the season. We wanted to create a menu that captures those feelings while putting a Klatch spin on classic autumn flavors! Using real pumpkin instead of artificial syrups reflects our commitment to quality ingredients, while each drink is crafted to pair perfectly with everything from crisp morning walks to cozy afternoons at your favorite coffee shop. Just like a visit to a pumpkin patch is nostalgic yet adventurous, and has something for everyone, we wanted to replicate that feeling through a visit to the Klatch Patch.
